On January 20, 2021, President Biden took oath as the 46th President of the United States, opening new era of hope for immigration reform. President Biden called “for securing our values as a Nation of immigrants,” and this article seeks to highlight few of his proposed and promulgated changes in immigration law during the first 100 days of the Biden administration.
This week, the Biden Administration continues to work incessantly to address other areas of concern for immigration law.
