It makes sense that being ready for litigation would be important for tenants. I'll be sure to get a lawyer if that ever happens. That way, I can ensure that I get everything put together right.

My cousin wants to be a good tenant because she is going to be living in an apartment for the first time. She would really like to get some help from a professional in order to follow the lines.
