It makes sense that being ready for litigation would be important for tenants. I'll be sure to get a lawyer if that ever happens. That way, I can ensure that I get everything put together right.

My cousin wants to be a good tenant because she is going to be living in an apartment for the first time. She would really like to get some help from a professional in order to follow the lines. I liked what you said about how she should make sure that there aren't any misunderstandings in the lease agreement.

Thank you so much for your tips on how to be a great tenant, especially when it comes to written agreements and letters. Those are the things that I find the most complicated, but keeping them straight and to the point would help avoid any complications that can lead to a bad relationship. I'll keep this in mind when I start living in a nearby apartment for rent.
